Along with Alex from Thyartnoise, we honored the invitation received from the PR team of Ex-Nile Guitarist Dallas Toler Wade and still haven’t fully recovered from the tempest that Dallas unleashed upon Encore Club with his band, Narcotic Wasteland, on the 10th of December 2025.
Encore was fully packed, which is quite uncommon for the middle of the week but probably usual for a band like Narcotic Wasteland. A good part of the audience was already there and witnessed the opening bands Rotheads and Redux who were also excellent choices and failed to disappoint.
After the show, we had a couple drinks and nice discussions with Dallas in a friendly atmosphere, where we spoke about musicianship, guitar gear and whatnot.
